Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopermine.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different fragrance from our collection, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
